The Waiting Game

It's happened, it's filmed, and now we're simply waiting. Think what you will of the BBC giving him airtime, it is a dead cert to make absolutely captivating viewing.

Early reports seem to indicate such. Tweets from newsworthy, high brow publications such as the Sun and the Mirror suggests a 'mood of mockery and contempt', and that he gets 'an absolute pasting'. Definitely the kind of thing any level-headed being (human or otherwise) could watch over, and over, and over (repeat to fade).

I'm happy to see the BNP on air for such reasons. Despite the ridiculous, contradictory, overtly racists opinions, these knobs have 2 elected MEPs, polled very close to one million votes only this summer, 6.2% of all votes cast. It's a frightening truth. They need knocking down a peg or two, and where better to do it than on national television.

Only that they're not really politicians. They're bigots, morons, pretty much thugs in suits. It's a smartened up National Front. Although, as the saying goes, you can't polish a turd.

What are your expectations from his QT appearance though? I just want him to be ultra-hypocritical, deny the holocaust, punch Bonnie Greer, the lot. He must be shown up for what he is! Then I want his glass eye to fall out, then be hit directly by a plummeting Spitfire. Wouldn't that be nice?

Watch Question Time on BBC2 tonight at 10.30pm. It's not one to miss.

Dan.
